1. Acceptance
By accessing or using cvdrops.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
cvdrops.com is a CV building tool that allows users to create, preview, and export professional CVs. The Service includes a step-by-step wizard, AI-assisted writing features, template selection, and PDF export.
3. Account Registration
You may use the wizard without an account, but saving CVs and downloading PDFs requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments & Credits
cvdrops.com operates on a pay-per-download model. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases if you have not yet downloaded a PDF. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading CVs. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service. • Upload illegal content, malware, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property. • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
6. AI-Generated Content
The AI writing features (powered by Anthropic Claude) generate suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated content before including it in your CV. cvdrops.com makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI suggestions.
7. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you enter into your CV. By using the Service, you grant cvdrops.com a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your CV data.
8. Intellectual Property
The cvdrops.com platform, templates, and branding are owned by cvdrops.com and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that CVs created will result in employment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cvdrops.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
